Brittany has spent the last 5 years recruiting across Sydney’s JavaScript and engineering market, partnering with a mix of companies. She has a passion for startups, especially when she can jump in early and grow alongside the team. Her favourite journey is founding team chaos to full blown scale up.

She prides herself on having genuine relationships with candidates, which have led to strong retention across her hires over the last 5 years.

Known for being honest and direct, Brittany focuses on making sure every move is right for both sides before giving the green light. She lives by the mantra “lose a deal, keep a relationship”… although ideally, she keeps both.

He has spent the last 5 years specialising in enterprise transformations, working across a range of industries. Microsoft Dynamics is where he has found his niche, working with finance, operations and technology leaders across the APAC region. He has the ability to talk and work alongside different stakeholders, from C-suite and business leaders through to technology and operational staff.

When not working in Dynamics, he is an avid sportsman playing rugby and attempting to surf, stay clear. Fergus is obsessed with coffee and, having been a barista in a previous life, is on the lookout for Sydney's best flat white.

Brooke is a tech recruiter specialising in AI and data contract roles across Australia.

Her career has taken a few turns, from hospitality events to tech sales, and now back into recruitment. She is passionate about transparent recruitment, building real relationships, and finding the right fit. 

Working across the AI and data space specifically means she speaks the language and focuses on presenting the right roles to candidates and the right candidates to her clients.

When she's not recruiting, you'll find her hunting down Sydney's best restaurants and handing out unsolicited dining recommendations to anyone who'll listen. Not far behind her will be Romeo, her dog and self-appointed office menace - usually causing chaos and stealing the show.

Her career began in the charity sector, where she cycled 300km through Vietnam in support of women's rights, before moving into commercial partnerships and eventually tech headhunting.

Born and raised in Western Sydney, she's passionate about building genuine relationships, championing diversity, and keeping recruitment refreshingly honest.

When she's not talking tech, you'll find her searching for Sydney's best pastries and trying to avoid disappointment by overhyped foodie recs. Life's too short for bad hires and average almond croissants.

Sam is a tech recruiter specialising in AI and data roles across Australia with a focus on the Sydney market.

Sam started his recruitment career in 2018, focusing on the testing market in the North of England. He's since pivoted to the exciting AI market as demand began increasing in this space and never looked back. He loves working with globally renowned companies looking for the best AI Engineering talent on the market and focuses on building face-to-face relationships/partnerships over time.

Jordan has spent the last 7 years primarily helping to build Australian security, software and AI infrastructure capabilities for teams across several different industries, including entire squads in data centres for tier 1 banks, ASX-listed telecommunications companies and emerging AI factories. In a nutshell, Jordan always says he worked with the data centres before it was cool!
