Key Client Summary:
Our client is an enterprise-backed systems technology business that has retained a start-up feel despite its scale. They're moving multiple existing entities from legacy finance systems onto D365 F&O, with an active M&A strategy bringing new businesses into the fold across jurisdictions. It's a fast-paced environment where you'll have real ownership over how finance is structured as the group grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Own solution design across core finance modules - GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting
Build the multi-entity finance blueprint - chart of accounts, legal entity, and intercompany structure
Run fit-gap analysis and shape the target-state F&O model
Lead cross-jurisdiction workshops on statutory, tax, and reporting requirements
Own the M&A onboarding model - setup, data migration, localisation
Lead consultants and BAs; be the go-to for finance stakeholders end-to-end

Key Requirements:

5+ years' D365 F&O consulting, deep in core finance
Track record leading multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction implementations
Legacy-to-F&O migration experience (data, parallel run, cutover)
Proven M&A entity onboarding into live F&O instances
Strong workshop and stakeholder management skills across regions
D365 F&O certification (Finance/FCE preferred)

Nice to Have:

Experience with tax engines (e.g. Vertex, Avalara) or statutory reporting add-ons
Exposure to Power Platform for finance reporting and workflow automation
Prior experience in shared services or group finance transformation environments
Multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction statutory reporting experience
Working knowledge of Sure Step, Success by Design, or equivalent delivery methodology
Background working within a Microsoft partner or SI delivery environment
