Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior infrastructure office support (Microsoft 365 suite)
  • Leverage Azure productivity and tools
  • Manage ITSM tools, while maintaining ISO 27001 security compliance
  • Scripting and automation with Python and Bash
  • Collaborate with vendors, shaping process policies and strategic implementations
  • Implement Graph API solutions for workflow and data optimisation
  • Engage closely with leadership while maintaining autonomy within your remit
