The Opportunity
After 2.5 years of exponential growth, we’re hiring our first full-time Principal Contracts Recruiter to scale our contracts division. This is a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our business. Our contract book has grown at a huge rate YoY, and we’ve secured key accounts with Fortune 200 companies and national powerhouses in finance, insurance, and consulting 

.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for contract roles in technology verticals (Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud, Security).
  • Build and manage a high-performing contracts book.
  • Win new business and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent Nuage externally—host client lunches, attend events, and be the face of our brand.
  • Collaborate with founders and senior consultants to define strategy and scale operations.

  • Proven experience in contract technology recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a contracts desk.
  • Strong business development and client engagement skills.
  • Confidence in face-to-face client interactions and market ownership.
  • Bonus: Experience in Data & AI or Software Engineering recruitment.
