Principal Product Manager - Consumer & Creator Experience

Salary: $170K-$200K + super
Location: Remote (Australia)

The Opportunity
We're partnering with a mission-driven digital platform looking for a senior Product Manager to own a critical area of the business. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced product operator who can take ownership of complex problem spaces and drive outcomes with minimal direction.

The role sits across two key areas:

Consumer product experience
Creator tools and content operations

You'll be responsible for improving the experience for both end users and content creators, while helping scale the systems, tools and workflows that support a rapidly growing content marketplace.

What You'll Be Doing

Own strategy and execution for a significant product domain
Improve creator onboarding, engagement and publishing workflows
Build tools, dashboards and operational systems for content creators
Identify opportunities to grow content supply and platform engagement
Partner closely with leadership, design, engineering and data teams
Use data, customer insights and experimentation to drive decisions
Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery and execution

What We're Looking For

8+ years' product management experience
Strong consumer product background
Experience owning products end-to-end as a senior IC
Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
Strong marketplace, creator platform, content, community or ed-tech experience highly regarded
Exceptional problem-solving skills and commercial judgment
AI-native ways of working (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
